Why they chose this property
I love the Poconos and like that the house is fully updated and near a cute lake with a beach area, pool, and clubhouse. In the winter, skiing is nearby and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. There is a covered back deck with a TV. House is single story so no lugging suitcases up to bedrooms.
