Inside you will enjoy an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, ideal for family gatherings.
Vaulted wood beam ceiling and native rock fireplace for a cozy, rustic ambiance.
Conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping.
New central heating and AC and fans for year-round comfort.
Wood burning fireplace (wood not provided) - must ensure the flue is open prior to starting fire.
Spacious decking with outdoor dining and a fantastic side patio with a propane BBQ (not available when snow is expected).
Flat-screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms.
Board games, puzzles and coloring books for family game nights.
Ample comfortable furniture in the living room.
A well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dinnerware, pots, and pans, perfect for meal preparation.

Quiet hours 10:00pm - 8:00am to respect our neighbors. Some firewood is available for the fireplace. All fires must be extinguished and Flue open.
Absolutely NO "disposable/flushable" wipes are to be used. We have a sensitive septic system, and these items will cause plumbing issues. Thank you.

Perfection!!! The house was clean & as described. The house was exactly what we were looking for and would stay there again in a heartbeat. We enjoyed the family games & relaxing after a beautiful day in Yosemite. I would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a place in the area.

We were so impressed with this rental! The Oaktree Retreat is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. A basket with a variety of snacks and goodies, high quality bedding and comfort, and toiletries with ample towels are just a few of the many amenities provided by the owners to welcome you. You’re in great hands when it comes to property manager, Gina, who provides excellent communication and support from the pre-arrival and throughout your stay. Our group really enjoyed every minute and will be returning again!

Wonderful charming house for a family vacation. All the amenities you would expect and more. Coffee , bottled water, snacks provided were and add touch that made you feel that you were staying at a friend's home and not a rental. Very easy to find the home and highway access. Would happily stay here for the next family vacation . Gina did a wonderful job as property manager. Thank you

We're a local family who relocated from Southern California after years of vacationing in Mariposa and Oakhurst. We fell in love with the area's natural beauty and small town charm and eventually decided to call it home. We enjoy sharing our home with guests and love hearing about their adventures exploring the area. Out hope is that every visitor leaves loving this place as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose Oakhurst because of its convenient location near Yosemite and Bass Lake, making it easy to enjoy some of the most beautiful outdoor areas in California. At the same time, it's close to local shops and restaurants while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. We especially enjoy the beautiful scenery and the local wildlife - guests may spot deer wandering through the neighborhood, occasional bears passing by, and even bald eagles in the area.

What makes this property unique

Our home is special because we've tried to make it comfortable and welcoming so guests can truly relax and enjoy their stay. One of our favorite features is the large deck, perfect for gathering around for a family meal under the stars or simply unwinding in the fresh mountain air. Guests also enjoy having morning coffee on the back patio while listening to the peaceful sound of the fountain in the background. We've worked to create a space that feels cozy, peaceful, and family friendly - a place where guests can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy everything the area has to offer after a day of adventure.
