This reverse living home offers sweeping views of the beach, ocean, Point Loma and Sunset Park. The large living room has 16 foot sliding doors that open onto a expansive balcony. Set up with a dining area, fire pit and seating, you can dine on the balcony while watching the ocean and sun set. Also off the living room is a set of stairs leading to a massive roof top deck. The roof deck is a spacious entertaining area with sweeping views of the bridge, downtown and crashing waves. The roof deck has all your entertaining needs complete Viking outdoor kitchen. The gem of this property, the roof deck also has a built in fire pit and outdoor seating. Back in the home, you will also find a large family room, gourmet kitchen (with walk in pantry) and dining room that seats 12. This home also features a large master bedroom with fireplace leading into a master bath with steam shower and soaking tub. This property is located walking distance to the Hotel Del Coronado, shops, and restaurants. This is the ideal location for the perfect seaside holiday!

Paradise

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful, incredibly well provisioned home with very responsive hosts. The location is ideal for walking to the beach, Orange Avenue shops, area restaurants and about anything else on the island one might want to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful family reunion

A must stay!

The house and location are perfect, a quick walk to the beach, and beautiful views of the ocean. The house has everything you need, we enjoyed it so much we only went out for dinner a few times during our stay. Our group consisted of my husband and me, our 4 kids, aged 16-21, and two of their friends, we all had plenty of space. This home is definitely worth the money, we will try to stay here again on our next visit to Coronado.

WONDERFUL home!

Our family of 11 gathered here for Thanksgiving. Perfect location, ample room, gorgeous home. There were lots of areas big enough to accommodate us all at once, while still offering multiple spaces to split off and do our own things when we needed space. Loved every minute. Nicole and Jamey were upbeat, responsive and very easy to work with throughout. Thank you for an unforgettable family adventure!!

Perfect place for a large group

Can't say what a great house this is! We had a fairly large group (9 people) and 10 Ocean was perfect for us - plenty of room in the bedrooms and the common areas are spacious. We LOVED the rooftop deck (pictured here) which had incredible views of the ocean. The furnishings throughout the house are impeccable, and everything is maintained incredibly well - with nice linens, great kitchen supplies, and other amenities you don't usually get in a rental property. The house is a short half-block walk to the Coronado beach, which is one of the most spectacular in the entire San Diego area. This is a perfect rental for a large group, and a rare find so close to the coast. The owner was also super nice and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous home, perfect location, breathtaking views of the ocean and skyline!

My family couldn't have asked for a more special, memorable time in Coronado staying in this gorgeous home situated in a perfect spot on the island, within a short walking distance to the nicest part of the beach! We spent time at the beach every day, walked to town for dinner and dessert, and went on relaxing bike rides using the ones provided in the garage for guest use. We additionally had a wonderful time making some meals in the fully appointed, large kitchen, watching movies on the huge flat screen TV, and listening to surround sound music through the fully integrated house speaker system. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and conveniently located all together downstairs. The two balconies were the perfect spot to drink morning coffee, read, relax, and talk together, and watch the sun set while sitting in front of the firepit sipping wine. The home is large enough to comfortably and easily accommodate a larger group of 12 but warm, cozy, and inviting enough to welcome a smaller family as well. Nicole was a delightful, attentive hostess...she thought of all the special details and was readily available by text or email throughout our stay to address any questions that came up. This home easily surpassed the high expectations of everyone in my family and we all agree that we'd love to stay here again and again in the future!

Location, Location, Location. What a beautiful piece of property. Watching the sunset from the rooftop... the perfect relaxing end to the day. The house itself is amazing. Fantastic layout. Open and spacious. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a amazing place to stay.

Loved this house!

The property was a perfect place for our large family to stay while celebrating our son’s wedding in Coronado. The property owners were very easy to work with and communicated well. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

Just an incredible place to be and stay in Coronado!

We chose this rental for my 50th birthday party somewhere near the beach, and not having ever been to Coronado Island this looked to be a great place...and IT WAS! The home is beautiful, has amazing views of the ocean, beach, parks, Point Loma, beautiful sunsets, is on a cul-de-sac and Naval air activities (which really makes you feel protected as a proud American!) The bed in the master was a very comfortable temperpedic adjustable, the kitchen was an awesome place to have some private chefs come in to cook my 50th bday meals for the group. All the guests said they we comfortable and appreciated having their own private bathrooms. They all said they slept great too. The views from both decks are freaking awesome and we spent most of our time out on one or the other. Walks on the beach and watching all the dogs on the dog beach go crazy was really fun. The home has a whole house audio system so we played music throughout from Direct TV audio streams. We all had an awesome time here and it made for great times and 50th bday memories. The owners were very attentive to any questions or issues we had. We only stayed 3 nights and we extremely sad to leave as we felt we were just starting to get going and had much more to see, explore and enjoy here...oh well, next time I guess :) To top it all off, the owners put a "Happy Birthday" sign up on the wall and cupcakes on the counter for me to walk into when we arrived...nice personal touch you guys, and much appreciated!!! We will definitely be coming back to this home if it is still being rented in the future. Thanks for sharing your amazing home with us Nicole and Jamey, cheers !!!

Amazing Views!

Our ladies group of 9 stayed at this beautiful home recently and enjoyed every minute of it! Nicole was very helpful with everything and we received immediate response, when we had a few minor issues. The home was a perfect location and had all the amenities you would need. A Terrific 50th Anniversary

To celebrate our 50th Anniversary my wife and I decided to rent this Coranado home and invited our three children and five grandchildren. The home was spectacular in design, comfortably furnished for the 12 of us, and a short walk to the beach. In other words a dream come true for 3 families with 5 children ages 5 to 10 years old interested in activity and the beach. The owners were available to answer our questions and the weather was ideal. In other words a perfect way for us to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family.

Dog and family delight

Beautiful house, truly upscale cooking areas, furnishings, and wonderfully accommodating owner. Dog beach just across the green was heaven for the puppies, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Negatives, albeit minor: counters are porous, and wood floors vulnerable to staining, and both need immediate cleaning to prevent something bad. Bathrooms in bedrooms may not have the soundproofing you wish for.

What a Way to Celebrate!

We booked this home to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with our family. To top things off, the 4th of July fell in the week we were there. We so loved the small town feeling of being in and celebrating the 4th in Coronado. We attended the biggest 4th Parade west of the Mississippi and watched all the fireworks over the Bay from the 3rd floor. There was nothing missing! Beach access was fantastic, bocce ball in the park, dinners only a mile's walk away. We never had to drive anywhere! To make the stay even more special, our hostess Nicole Cohen was so attentive to any and every question or need we had. Would love to make this a 4th of July tradition!

Over-The-Top, Just Perfect, Luxurious Property

Our children and grandchildren gathered from across the country to celebrate a big birthday together at 10 Ocean. This glamorous, right out-of-House-Beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our celebration - really, really spacious with 6 bedrooms, fully-equipped with virtually everything you could possible need, and gorgeous lovely outdoor spaces with firepits that invited gathering, conversation and long evenings of laughter and sharing. This home is beautifully appointed and designed - frankly the best we have ever rented. The owner is gracious, kind and attentive. We would not hesitate to rebook this marvelous property in the future. It is really a one-of-a kind in Coronado. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you Nicole for such a lovely venue for our celebration.

Amazing location and amazing home

Wow! An amazing house and amazing location! Just steps to beach and less than a mile to Hotel Del Coronado! The home was very well maintained and had everything we needed for our weekend celebration! Nicole, the owner was really nice and answered all our questions right away! Plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax! Loved the use of the bikes and boogie boards available to us! Will definitely plan another trip back!

Amazing house and great experience

The size of the house was bigger than expected. All of the electronics (tv,stereo,speakers...) all worked flawlessly. The area around the house is very nice and the location is great. We were able to get to the gaslamp easily. Overall really great weekend!

Absolutely perfect!

Nicole is such a sweetheart she made sure everything was ready for me and my guests. The home was even more gorgeous than the pictures displayed and we had an awesome time. She was more than accommodating and she even left a wonderful gift for me which was such a nice touch. She was available for questions if we had any and I am so grateful. I am already planning my next stay! It doesn't get any better than this I highly recommend that you book now!!!!

We first fell in love with Coronado in 2008 when we vacationed here. After another summer vacation in 2009, we decided to live here permanently and moved from Sacramento, CA. We are raising our kids in Coronado and feel completely blessed with this community.

What makes this property unique

The views of the ocean from the upstairs balcony are breathtaking! One of our favorite things to do is to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sun set.
