Interior: Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. Master suite features king bed, 42" TV, en suite bath, walk-in closet, and direct pool access. Second bedroom has queen bed, third has double. Den includes 50" TV with pull-out sofa. Dedicated workspace with complimentary WiFi. Open dining area seats 8. Living room boasts sectional sofa, 50" TV, and whole-house stereo.

The house was perfect. it has everything as described. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The communication and respond time is really good and they even came out and did a house call as we had an issue with something just to make sure everything was good. This property sang to us!! It just has that homey, sunny, warm, Florida relaxed feel with all the class that you would want for 5 star living and vacationing.

Naples is the premier and number one location in all of Florida. We combed all of it and it is the best by far.

Safe, classy and on the right side for protection from the elements.

The area being close to the Beach, safe and secure in Collier County, and central to Mercato in a great area close to the Beach and Golf courses is what made us buy.

The pool and spa in the fully covered Lanai sold us. With three waterfall features and night lights its great for entertaining.

Our information package of the area is unique to the entire area. We have sourced the greatest deals in Naples and the fun local haunts that the tourists don't get told about.
