Blooming Garden with king size bed, smart tv, private bath, game room and more!
Be our guest at the Beland Manor in the Blooming Garden Room in this 7,000 sq ft grand colonial w/ 6 private guest suites. The Blooming Garden (upstairs) has peaceful views & king size canopy bed . The home has the following shared features: stylish relaxing living room, tastefully designed gathering room & a light & fun game room w/ a pool table & lots of seating. All rooms have a smart tv & wifi access. Centrally located. The home is not a bed & breakfast but has that same cozy feel.
This room is located at the top of the entry stairs directly to the left.
Sam and his wife Samantha are our caretakers and will be on the property periodically.
Located centrally in Fort Smith near the University, Marshall Museum, shopping and restaurants.
Individuals 19 years old or younger are not allowed to rent this room or be an occupant in the room. Smoking is allowed, it just needs to be outside. No pets allowed. The bathroom does take about 5 minutes to get hot water.
