Level One has two bedrooms, each with echo dots, desks and smart TVs (one also has a stand-sit desk). Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, private entrances and open out to a huge deck with outdoor living room style furniture. There is also a full bathroom on this level with a shower/tub combination. One bedroom also has a mini fridge, Brita water filter, microwave/toaster, coffee maker, and dishware.

NOTE: Level One also has a privacy door that closes it off from the upstairs levels so that this can effectively be it's own private level if desired.

Level Three is the Great Room, with dining table that seats eight, full kitchen, living room with OLED TV. Level three opens out to its own deck with outdoor seating for meals.

Level Four has the main entrance to the house, a guest bathroom, the garage gym (complete with olympic weights), and laundry facilities.

Level Five is the Glass Balcony - a beautiful office space with an entire glass wall that overlooks the rest of the house (and a shade that automatically closes to provide privacy), a stand-sit desk, a massage chair, and a private outdoor deck with the best views in the house.

NOTE: the Glass Balcony can be turned into a fourth bedroom on advance request, with a queen sized pull out bed.

Level Six is the Master suite with a four poster bed, a hanging interior hammock chair, picture windows, it's own private deck with a hanging wicker chair and views of the lake, and a full bathroom with two sinks, two showers (one a tub combo) and Japanese toilet.

Please feel free to park two cars, side-by-side in the driveway, and there is plentiful free street parking.
