Host was welcoming. The space and house was just what we needed for our stay of about a week. I would suggest the kitchen have more cooking utensils to use. Location wise you will need a car or uber works. Quiet neighborhood, right across from middle school. Grocery stores/stores in general are not close. Only saw gas station stores nearby.

As this was the only place that let me host a gathering, this place I would say is very poorly maintained… the microwave handle was broken, inside the fridge their was broken shelves, walls were very dirty, their were rooms that were full of unnecessary items… if these are stuff that aren’t supposed to be seen then it should be removed or locked… the bathrooms also didn’t seem to be maintained as well as their was dirt and cracked walls… I have pictures of everything that was very not satisfying… if I was able to get refund of this I definitely would.

Overall a good stay

The main issue I had with this property is the oven on the stove doesn’t work. It was a big inconvenience for us on cooking. Luckily I have family in Miami I had to go to someone else house to cook.
