We are conveniently located to Steamboat Springs, Breckenridge, Vail, Winter Park and Grand Lake - all within a 2 hour drive!

Suitable for your special event and occasions!  Ask about our special event pricing and options!  All events must be approved prior to booking.

We also offer catered visits on many different levels! Ask about your options!

**PLEASE READ**  During the winter months, this rental is only accessible by snow machine or ski in/out.  There is no vehicle access.  This is usually from Dec - March, sometimes longer.  Please inquire prior to booking.

We are an 18,000 acre private ranch and love the privacy and peaceful atmosphere of living removed from a city! While it does have it's challenges, we wouldn't change a thing!

We are a private ranch with some of the most gorgeous views that northwestern Colorado has to offer. When you stay with us, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the great outdoors as you sit on the deck drinking your morning coffee!
