Loved the outdoor space! The house had everything needed to make it a very enjoyable stay for all of our family. Location is great (wine tour, shopping, Sandbanks Prov Park). Make sure to pre buy entry to park as it is often to capacity and you might not be allowed in for that planned beach day!

Pleasant stay very right next to Sandbanks

We had a pleasant stay with my family at Park and Mill's residence. Check in was very simple and Parker was very easy to communicate with and responded pretty quickly. Good thing we had AC at the house as it was pretty hot outside. The only down side was that the AC didn't make it way upstairs making our sleeping experience a bit less comfortable.

We had an amazing weekend with our family at Park & Mill in Bloomfield. The house was spotless and the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, which made it easy to cook and enjoy a couple of relaxing dinners together. We also loved soaking in the hot tub and spending an evening around the fire pit—it was the perfect way to unwind. Parker, the host, was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend Park & Mill for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

Good access to bike trail. Lots of space to eat, relax, and play.

An older building so some quirky levels and modifications. If want bonfire, get own wood. Private yard was nice. Deck is great size with lots of seating.

Great location and awesome backyard!

We had a lovely stay at Park & Mill! Clean and as described. Check-in was easy, and the host responded promptly to any inquiries. Our only suggestion is to bring your own coffee/sugar. The ones provided were not enough for our coffee-loving group, but this wasn't a big deal. Would definitely book again!

Overall, this is a really great place. It’s well located in the Picton area, and I stayed with two friends for a kid-free girls’ weekend. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Even though we didn’t really cook, I was impressed by all the amenities. The space is clearly decorated with care and has a lovely vibe.A couple of minor things could be improved. The hot tub is treated between guests, and there are no maintenance supplies on hand. That’s very convenient, but it might be less practical for a longer stay or a larger group, since the water could foul during a visit. We did find the water quite foamy, and a skimmer would have helped to remove some foam. Also, when we arrived, the tub temperature was set to 89 and it didn't warmed up enough to use it on our first night.The master bedroom bed is very firm. As a side sleeper, I found it uncomfortable the first night. Normally hotel beds softer then I like, so I didn’t expect this. I prefer a medium feel. Fortunately, one of my friends is a back sleeper and was able to swap for the second night. The bed in the smallest bedroom was softer. A mattress topper on the master bed would make a big difference.Despite these two issues, this place is excellent overall. Great location and thoughtful amenities.
