What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

The accomodations exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view of the Gulf from tha balcony. Kitchen, laundry and common areas where all comfortable. Nice open concept.Plan to return next year.
It was great, everything was clean except for the top of the fridge that I noticed. Was a little disappointed in the maintenance people still in the place when I checked in.

The condo itself was VERY NICE. The floors had not been cleaned well and we all had dirty feet and socks shortly after unloading. There were several food containers/ bags under kitchen sink from last guest. The information desk had no information about our stay and seemed to be there to sell parking passes. The pool area was cleaned as were all areas of the facility although the hours of operation were short. Our communications with our booking agent were GREAT ! ( be aware that you will NOT check in early , not even ONE minute prior to 4pm ! LOL ! ) The beddings , bathrooms were EXCELLENT as well as the furnishings and the kitchen was very well equipped. A beautiful condo and beach area!!
