10/28-11/28/2024 The 4th floor sundeck will be closed for renovation. During this time the vending area will be closed. Expect noise and workers on-site 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Other notes:
Shuttle and taxi service is available outside the baggage area of New Orleans International Airport. Downtown New Orleans, is full of excitement and high energy, it never sleeps. Guests can expect to hear street noise very early in the mornings and at night, especially on weekends. There is taxi cab stand in the rear of the property and the fire department just blocks away. Please understand that we have little to no control over noise coming from outside of the resort. However, we do provide white noise machines and ear plugs to provide you a more peaceful rest.
