This cozy retreat is perfect for families or groups. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your event one to remember. Basement is set up for entertainment with a huge big screen, wall size connect 4, darts, foosball, ping pong, and bar. Kitchen has everything you need to host and cook. Deck has an outdoor bar/grill area with a gas fire pit and couch seating. 10 miles away from the airport, Mall of America, and skiing. Great trails, restaurants, and entertainment within walking distance.

This was a perfect day for me in our group of people the host was an outstanding person and we really appreciate him for letting us use his house for the night. Spacious place next to a lake

My party of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time on the deck which was pretty spacious. The propane grill was big and under a shelter. The game room with ping pong was a plus. Drew was communicative and flexible with our checkin and check out times.

Girl's retreat

This property was great for our girls retreat. Beautiful patio with pond in backyard. Clean and plenty of room for all of us! Owner is very curious and responsive.

Great communication from the start with Drew. it was a great place to stay. Nice, chill spot where we could hang out in the backyard and grill out. House was fresh, clean and packed with supplies. It was just the right atmosphere for our group. I would recommend staying here.

We stayed at this property for a family reunion. The property was nice, but definitely needed some help in a few areas. There seemed to be a lack of towels and dish rags. It was clean, but definitely could have been cleaner as well as the outside deck area. The beds were quite comfortable and the house overall served our needs well. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck with the fire pit and watching the lightening bugs. It is a beautiful neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and responded to my messages always in a timely manner. I do highly recommend it.

Slob Haven!

This property is listed as "Pond Haven", but should be renamed "Slob Haven".The host lives in the house and "cleans" it himself. His food is in the refrigerator and only leaves you about 20% of the space for your own food in filth. The utility sink looked like dried blood was left in it and the kitchen sink had dried food chunks with slime.Cushions on furniture, inside and out, were all tilted in odd diretions and stove/oven was a nightmare! Pictures are attached to justify my comments. I asked for a full refund, but no accomodation for any refund was offered. I have reported him to VRBO.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
