The living room and den both feature large 4K Smart TVs, and there’s Spectrum Wi-Fi throughout. Self check-in is available, and a city guest parking pass can be provided with a refundable deposit for street parking.

Please note that while the home is steps from the ocean, it does not have full AC (except for the two bedrooms), relying on natural cross breezes and fans.
