The Space:
This large 1 bedroom, full 2 bathroom luxury Spa Villa is located on the La Quinta Resort & Club grounds and has unobstructed breathtaking mountain views from both private 2nd story balconies. This is a detached villa where you occupy the entire building with no attached neighbors! This location is one of the best in La Quinta Resort! It is close to all the amenities and is an end villa with jaw-dropping mountain and resort views from every angle! Plenty of parking spaces for you to come and go as you please!

The main living space has a sleeper sofa to sleep additional guests as well as a gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and appliances for a comfortable weekend getaway or extended stay. There are two full bathrooms, one accessible from the main bedroom and one accessible from the living area. The spacious private balcony overlooks the panoramic mountains and is located directly across the street from the La Quinta Spa and tennis courts, available to guests for a fee. The primary suite has a comfortable king size bed with another private patio. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower and large soaking tub. This property also comes with free access to a private washer/dryer located on the ground floor, perfect for extended stays!

This Villa is located in a prime location on the La Quinta Resort grounds, just steps to the resort's restaurants, shops, main lobby, and conference center. The Pete Dye Golf Clubhouse is a half mile away with access to 2 public PGA courses- Pete Dye Mountain and Pete Dye Dunes.

This is a privately owned villa and is not associated with La Quinta Resort. Guests will not have access to La Quinta Resort Amenities including the fitness center, main pool or maid service. Laundry service and cleaning is available upon request by management. Guests are still welcome to book a service at the famous La Quinta Spa (located across the street), book a tennis lesson with a pro, and use the Spa Villas swimming pools and hot tubs just steps away.

I am an Artist/Designer from Minneapolis and this unit delivered! The design is done well, it is one of the most beautiful units I have stayed in on this property.You work with extremely nice people. They made sure our visit was relaxing and offered to take care of any of our needs. Being from Minneapolis we had all the French doors open, you have windows on all sides and wonderful views!! Desert Getaway

Great upstairs unit with great mountain views. My wife and I came down to the desert to celebrate our anniversary and were extremely happy with everything. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The door code was emailed the day before with instructions on how to get to the unit. The unit was clean, and very nicely decorated. We have stayed in many Spa Villa Suites and this was probably the nicest we have stayed in. I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

Overall a great stay! We are done with Vacation Villa Rentals and were happy to find something different. Didn't have any of the issues we have with them. The only issues we had are that the door code didn't work when trying to check in (had the same issue with VVR) but was able to get a back up code that worked. And the wifi never really worked. It didn't connect at all until the second day and even then it would only connect for a few seconds and then drop. Lastly the filter on the refrigerator needed to be replaced. None were too big of deals for us so we would definitely book there again.

Our family visits La Quinta Resort every year and we vacationed nearly two-weeks in this charming Villa. This property is beautifully appointed and furnished. It’s an upper unit which does face the lot, but you are facing spectacular mountain vista views. The kitchen comes equipped with all the amenities including a blender, coffee maker, and toaster, stoneware and serving dishes. The layout is not as large as other villas but it was sufficient for a family of four. However, master bedroom was large and included an extra step out patio with private entrance. There is a large main balcony off kitchen furnished for entertaining and comfort. The laundry facility is not inside unit but located directly downstairs with access by key code. We needed laundry pods but once we notified staff, they were left for us same day. Given our extended stay, we ran out of basics, but supplied ourselves spatulas, trash bags, and a dust broom from home for easy clean up. Television includes all cable network channels. The only cons I’d say are the stairs and early (10am) checkout plus late checkin (4pm). However upon request, we were granted 2 hours early and one hour extension on checkout (11am) complimentary. We appreciated the courtesy very much. I only wish the times were a bit more flexible without imposing an extra fee. All in all, a very comfortable and delightful stay. Thank you very much! P.S. We donated a family board game, placed in the closet. Enjoy!
