Perfect family vacation home with pool! Located 1.5 blocks from the 36th street beach entrance. Across from Ocean Forest Club. Sleeps 14 people. Optional Sea Island temporary membership cards can be be requested by owners with standard guest fees paid by house guests.

Great house for multi-generation family or multiple families. Middle level of house has 1 king bedroom with private bathroom. The 3rd floor/top level has 3 bedrooms, one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and 2 twins bedroom, all with private baths. Bottom/ground level has 3 bedrooms, one king bedroom, one 2 twins bedroom and a twin trundle bedroom, all with private baths.

Separate TV viewing rooms on middle level and bottom/ground level. Pool table on bottom/ground level.

Proof of DOB must be shared within 48 hours of booking to confirm age of renter. Failure to do so will result in booking being cancelled.
Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability Form and House Rules and Rental Agreement Form must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking.
