As you enter the home, you are greeted by a welcoming living room that features High Ceilings, Large windows, Leather seating and a large 65-inch Smart TV. There is plenty of space for the whole family to relax.


Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with state-of-the-art appliances, ample counter space, and custom cabinetry and all the kitchen items from plates, cups to pots and pans. Whether you're preparing a casual breakfast or a lavish dinner, this kitchen is equipped to handle all your culinary needs and a dining area that can comfortably accommodate a large gathering.


Bedrooms
Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful retreat at the end of the day. The master suite features a private balcony. The additional four bedrooms are generously sized and can be easily customized to suit your needs

The home includes two beautifully appointed bathrooms; one on each level. Each designed with modern fixtures and finishes and nice walk in Shower.

ITEMS TO NOTE:
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

2) There is an additional daily fee for pets.

3) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

4) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.

5) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.

6) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

7) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.

Recycle items must be placed in the proper recycling cans. Paper, plastic, and glass can be commingled, plastic bags are not recyclable, garbage be put in the plastic bags, placed in the garbage can.
Leave all bed linens on the beds and unit must be in a broom-clean prior to departure, place beach passes and parking passes on kitchen table, lock doors behind you not to incur additional cost.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE RESERVATION IS YOUR AGREEMENT TO OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT ATTACHED ON VRBO SITE.
Please note, NO group parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.

The house is so spacious and comfortable, with quality furniture, bedding, and a well stocked kitchen. It’s super close to the beach and everything was walkable. Check in and check out processes were very smooth, and our entire group of 10 were all able to sleep comfortably in real beds.
