Paying a resort fee when there are no amenities working (no bar, no restaurant, no pool) then charge for the worst coffee ever made is a bit ridiculous. Also the rooms were old and damp. Carpets were kind of wet. No extractor fans in rooms. Bathroom door wouldnt even close and the AC didn't even make the room cooler

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was neglected and poorly maintained — there was rust in many areas, dampness and visible mold in the bathroom, and the electrical outlets worked only partially. The windows were dirty, and overall cleanliness was unacceptable.We asked to change rooms, but sadly, the new room was in the same poor condition. This was far below the expected standard and did not justify the price.

Do not stay at this property! The pictures are not accurate and the hotel and rooms are horrible. The bedsprings were pushing through the mattress. The tub had a water bubble under the tub insert which made standing in the tub unstable. The reservation allowed you to make changes until a couple of weeks before the stay date. When I wanted to shorten the stay by one night, I was told the other two nights would be 300% more each night. I was then offered the ability to talk with the front desk on check out for a possible refund of the one night to which they agreed but said it would have to come from VRBO. I have spent the last week and a half back and forth with VRBO. They have passed the buck back to the property. So no refund. I usually don’t leave reviews but I hope everyone will read this before booking so they don’t have the same experience as we did.
