This is a lovely apartment. It was the original sitting room as you can see from the marble fireplace in some of the photos. You have a full kitchen, large 55 inch TV, window blinds and blackout curtains, your own heating/ac system and a large bathroom with glass doors on the 44 inch shower.
Apt 4 is in the front of the building in the lower corner with windows on each exterior wall. Plenty of natural light throughout. Historically this space used to be the parlor when our building was a single family farm house.
You will be able to access all shared hallways and laundry. No one can access your space except you.
Dedicated fiber internet per apartment. All guests are important to us and we want to assure the comfort and safety of every guest. The shared spaces are thoroughly cleaned regularly and we have a medical grade air cleaner stationed in the main hallway of the first floor to assure all guests experience a clean air-allergy free environment. Apartment 5, 3 and 1 have exterior entrances. Please contact us regarding your needs.
