The host was so disconnected and unavailable. The "Fully Equipped" kitchen had one sauce pan and a baking pan. It took 9 days to get pots and pans. There was No Wi-Fi available the whole stay. My company bought me a mobile hit spot to use while staying there. Washing machine eats clothes, it destroyed 3 pairs of pants and 2 hoodies. This apartment is housing the AC and Heating unit to the hallways and main office, so there is ALWAYS a loud humming and banging of the unit turning on and off. This Vrbo is in an apartment building ran by the front desk staff, they act like they have no idea about the Vrbo guest and are a bit rude. Other tenants are also rude, I'm sure they are tired of the Vrbo people. I was attacked by a tenant and their dog in the stairwell and host never responded. It's only 4 stories but the elevator is super slow. Overall, I would stay at the hotel up the road then here. The whole point of a Vrbo is to have the comforts of home while away and I did not receive that here!
