Wonderful stay and beautiful cabin. Clean, comfortable and enjoyable cozy retreat. Host were kind and responsive, making the stay stress free. Will stay again, would recommend.
Fantastic spot with amazing views of the stars from the hot tub. Cozy beds and great amenities all around. Close enough to Fraser and Tabernash to grab supplies or a meal but tucked away in a spot that feels very private and low traffic. Perfect spot to relax with your group. Hosts are top notch and responded to us with high speed and resolution to a very, very minor thing (empty propane tanks) - only bringing it up to highlight how helpful the hosts are when needed not at all to complain, things happen and these hosts know how to keep things smooth for your visit.

Hi Linda, we are so happy you enjoyed your stay. Would love to have you back any time. Thank you!
We stayed here for a weekend away and chose this house bc of the location and the pics looked good. We were so happy when we got there because it was even better than pictured. I thought it was going to be a little small but actually was very spacious. Bedrooms were very good size and the beds and linens were great. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
We had a lovely stay at this cabin. Owners have thoughtfully furnished home with comfortable bedding, plenty of towels, well chosen cookware, pans, etc. Safeway is pretty easy drive away for supplies. Main floor stays cozy with log burning firestove, with plenty of central heat to back up. Hot tub was enjoyed after skiing! Very handy to have garage and covered parking for second car. My reason for 4 star on location was that in snowy weather, etc., upaved road is muddy, and not easiest for walking other than down the center. That said, it is kept well plowed so no problem at all for CRV or Tundra. Overall we had a cozy, enjoyable stay. And great TV for March Madness!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to have you back. During spring months the dirt road to our cabin can get muddy as the weather alternates between heavy snow with plows that rip up the road, and spring sunshine. Thankfully, most of the year the dirt road is either dry and graded by the county or frozen and snow packed.
Light, light, and more light! Amazing windows showcase the Rocky Mountain wilderness. This secluded spot was exactly what we wanted. If visiting in winter, all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is recommended. The roads seem regularly plowed, but the driveway can be a bit tricky. We encountered snow, but our SUVs handled it without issues.Despite the seclusion, it’s just a 12-minute drive to the grocery store. You have to go up the mountain for this kind of privacy, but we never saw or heard another car during our stay. The wood stove was a blast! There’s enough firewood to last all winter – perfect for a cozy escape. The hot tub water had a slight discoloration but no odor or foaming, and the host promptly had it checked – everything was fine. The most impressive feature was the locker room – a converted, heated garage that comfortably accommodated our group of 6 skiers and all our gear.I almost don’t want to share how great this place is because I’d love to keep it to myself! At the time of this review, it only has three other reviews, but as a seasoned VRBO user, I highly recommend it!
