Stay was just as we hoped - my sister and I were in town for a concert and wanted something within walking distance to the venue. The location was great, clean and cozy, and we had some great dining spots within walking distance too (breakfast, coffee, etc). Just what we needed for our quick trip!

My husband and I stayed here for my daughter’s all star volleyball tournament. It honestly was better than expected. It was super clean, perfect location, had everything we needed. It was an easy walk (less than a mile) to the convention center. It was right off the main drag in short north where all the bars and restaurants are located. I would def stay here again!

This was a perfect place to stay! We really appreciated the overall vibe and that it was fairly close to the North Market.The bed was comfortable and the bedding was super soft and cozy!We loved it!! Would definitely book again!

Halbedel Guesthouse was a fantastic place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will definitely stay there again. The house was very clean, well equipped, and centrally located for our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at the Halbedel Guesthouse! The house was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for our visit. The location was fantastic—close to the Short North, OSU, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to do around Columbus.The home itself was clean, well maintained, and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen and comfortable common areas, which made it feel much more like home than a typical hotel stay.Everything about the experience was easy and straightforward, and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Columbus. Highly recommend!

Great place for non family traveling together.

We stay in many homes because we travel a lot. This was a great experience and we will stay again. It had enough space and privacy for all members of our group. The location is great and the host accommodating.

In summary we had a great experience at this property.The directions provided were spot on, and as stated on the instructions we had the driveway to ourselves. At first we were somewhat concerned that there was an apartment above us and they could be noisy, but that was not the case. We barely ever heard the neighbors even during this weekend stay. The property was very clean, and well organized. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans, etc… Much appreciated since we bought groceries on the way in.Overall we had a great experience (5 stars), and very will conveniently located just blocks away from High St.

Ohio State Miler weekend. Perfect house and perfect host

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place from a location perspective and to have plenty of room for four friends to hang out ahead of the Ohio State 4 Miler. The host couldn’t have been any nicer and we are grateful. Definitely would stay here again. Super clean and plenty of room. Super responsive also with questions… Thank you so much!

We came to Columbus because my child attended a camp at Ohio State University for the week and I wanted to be pretty close. We looked at hotels which would have been well over 1,000 to stay the week nearby. So when this listing came up and was so cheap for the week I couldn't believe it. I honestly didn't have high hopes because it seemed too good to be true but it was exactly as advertised. And it all started when the host sent me the PIN to the apartment the day beforehand so there was no question whether or not I would be able to get a hold of the host to get in. As soon as you walk through the doors there is a book that tells you about local places, the cleanup rules, hospitals and emergency places, and so on. You walk into a beautiful foyer and the rest of the house is exactly like the pictures. The air conditioning was cranking which we appreciated since it was in the 90s all week. It was a super quick to high Street and just overall convenient in every way. There's a really long driveway that is all yours so you don't have to worry about people parking behind you or anything like that. And parking in Columbus is tricky so it was so great to be able just to leave the car and walk everywhere. I didn't have to communicate with the host all that much but what I did they were responsive. It was a great experience and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay well being in Columbus for five nights
