Nestled on 25 private acres on the Catskill Creek (a Hudson River tributary), close to skiing, antiquing, hiking, arts, sightseeing, and more! Conveniently located within 20 minutes of Windham and Hunter Mountains, and a short (and picturesque!) drive to Hudson, Woodstock, and Catskill. Explore all the area has to offer, then come home to relax, unwind, and enjoy the comforts of a thoughtfully curated home!

The space
As you come up the walk to the house, a huge covered front porch invites you to relax in a rocker or enjoy your morning coffee in one of the comfortable seating areas.

Step through the front door into a modern, open kitchen, fully stocked with all you need to conjure up gourmet meals (or order take-out!) and gather around the island (seating for 8) or the breakfast nook (seating for 8+). A butler's pantry provides lots of room for your supplies!

The light-filled sunroom, with its wraparound sofa and huge coffee table, is perfect for lounging, watching a movie on the 75" smart TV with Roku, or playing one of the large assortment of games. Walls of windows overlook the stream and pine woods behind the house.

The living room, with great architectural detailing, offers comfortable seating around a cozy wood-burning fireplace, lots of books and lamps and comfy chairs!

The game room features a bumper pool/poker table, dart board, its own 50" TV, and a bar stocked with vintage glassware for your classic cocktails.

On the main level, there is a king bedroom (the Forest Suite), and a queen bedroom (the Midnight Suite), each with their own ensuite full bathroom.

On the second level is another king bedroom (the Cobalt Suite) with ensuite bathroom, including an elegant soaking tub!

There are three additional bedrooms, with combined capacity for an additional 10 people, and 2 more full baths to accommodate them. You will also find a coffee station on the second level, so you can enjoy your first cup before you even make your way downstairs.

All the bathrooms feature custom tile work. Bathroom 1 has a soaking tub and walk-in glass shower, bathroom 2 has a shower/tub combination, bathrooms 3, 4, and 5 have walk-in glass showers. All are fully stocked with luxurious towels and brand products.

There is an elegant powder room on the main level off the sunroom for your convenience.

For those who need to do some work from home, there is a desk in the sunroom, one in the living room, and a dedicated workspace in 3 of the bedrooms. The whole-house WiFi mesh network is more than adequate for streaming and video-conferencing as needed.

A back deck (soon to be expanded!) features additional outdoor seating, great views, a huge gas grill, and access to the firepit, surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs.

Large lawns are perfect for sledding, outdoor games and romping, and cornhole boards and beanbags are available. There is plenty of hiking on the 25-acre property, with well-marked trails, or you can explore new territory. There is a pickleball court in the big red barn for fun times rain or shine! The Catskill Creek, and the ruins of the historic old Woodstock Dam, are on property just a short walk away, with a marked trail making it easy to find and enjoy the water!

Guest access
Guests can freely access the entire house with the exception of the basement and utility room.

We are very happy to share our home with you, and ask that you treat it with care and common sense, so that it can be enjoyed by all for many years to come!

No smoking is permitted anywhere in the house. This includes vaping and cannabis products.

Please note there are absolutely no parties permitted without prior written permission from the host.

Well-behaved pets are permitted for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture and must be crated if left in the home alone. We ask that you clean up after your pet, and bags are provided for that purpose.
