The Home

- Enjoy the Master Bedroom with King Size bed, new medium-firm mattress, ceiling fan, and private attached full bathroom. The walk in closet has plenty of space for your clothes. The bed's headboard has a built-in USB port to charge your electronics and the pull down window shade gives you privacy for a good nights sleep. After a hard day's work or play, enjoy the private bathroom featuring a Jetted Bathtub for your relaxation. Body Soap, Shampoo, and Conditioner are all included. Roku Smart TV included.

- The 2nd bedroom features a Queen Size bed and new medium-firm mattress. Roku Smart TV Included.

- The 3rd bedroom features a Full Size bed, new 8" Green Tea memory foam mattress for your sleeping comfort, ceiling fan, and Ottoman. The walk in closet has plenty of space to put your clothing.

- The Full hallway bathroom features a shower with accessible handles and a sitting chair. Body Soap, Shampoo, and Conditioner are all included.

- The spacious Great Room features a Gas Fireplace, Vaulted Ceiling, and Roku Smart TV.

- Upon entering the house into the Foyer is a console table with built in outlet and USB charging.

- The workspace/sitting room features a desk for your laptop or writing enjoyment. Enjoy lounging and looking out into the wooded backyard for wildlife, part of the Holliday Nature Preserve.

- The full kitchen features, Oven, Stove, Refrigerator, and Microwave, and Dishwasher. Get up in the morning and enjoy a coffer or tea. All of your cooking basics are there along with a Rice Cooker and Toaster.

- The first floor laundry, with washer and dryer, is available for your use. Laundry soap and baking soda included.

- You can access the back yard by walking out the back door wall onto a spacious deck (not available during winter months). Sit outside and enjoy the weather while watching for wildlife in the woods. Firepit and Outside Patio heater.

- Board Games, Disney Minnie Mouse Play Pen, and activity bouncer/jumper also available.

What's in the Area

- We are close to Ikea, shopping, and restaurants. The Detroit Zoo, Metro Airport, Downtown Detroit, and Ann Arbor are within a 30 minute drive.

House Rules

- Guest only have access to the first floor. The basement and garage are not available to the guests.

- During the winter months, the deck is off limits as it is slippery due to the snow and ice. We are not liable for injuries should you break this rule.

- No Parties/events

- No Drugs/Illegal Activity

- No smoking or tobacco use allowed. Smoking/Tobacco use of any kind, both inside and outside the home, will result in a $500 fine.

- No unauthorized or unregistered guests allowed.

- No more than 8 guests are allowed. Any guests in addition to what was stated on the reservation will be charged $50 per person per day and reported to Vrbo.

- If any linens are found stained/damaged and are not repairable, you will be charged a replacement fee.

- No parties/events

- No Pets allowed

- No Fireworks

- No hair dying allowed or Tumeric Powder use

- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- Staying outside check-in/out hours without prior agreement incurs a $50/hr charge. If "Overstay" exceeds two hours past checkout, guest is responsible for the Daily Base Rate (without discounts) and does not award you possession of the property for the day of the "Overstay". If guess wants to extend their stay, based upon availability, it needs to be communicated. If "Overstay" causes a future reservation to be refunded, guest is responsible for the full cost of the reimbursement.

- The house backyard "Abuts"/is next to the Holliday Nature Preserve. Occasional Bugs/Insects in the home will not be considered reason for a refund.

- Although we clean thoroughly, occasionally an errant hair may be found and will not be considered reason for a refund.

- Security Cameras monitor the outside of the home, front yard, back yard, and both side yards. Cameras record both video and audio

- Motion detectors are located in both the garage and basement, which are off limits to the guests.

- Any items that are removed from the property will be charged a replacement cost.

- Cleaning will be done every 5 days for any reservation beyond 5 days.
