New to the rental market! Welcome to Piper's Place—a beautifully restored 19th-century farmhouse where historic charm meets modern comfort.

Nestled in the heart of North Georgia’s wine country, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is the perfect weekend getaway for winos, mountain lovers, and wedding guests alike.

This unique home is situated on three partially wooded acres and features peek-a-boo views of Mount Yonah and Pink Mountain.

Located just 2 minutes from the nearest winery (Yonah Mountain Vineyards) and only 10 minutes from downtown Helen, you'll have the very best of North Georgia right at your doorstep!


BEFORE YOU BOOK:

Please keep in mind that this property is over 170 years old, with some antique pieces predating the founding of our country. We have taken great care to balance the home's historic charm with modern finishes, and we pride ourselves on providing a safe, clean rental environment.

However, in a home this old, you may encounter a bit of dust or the occasional cobweb. If this would significantly impact your stay, this may not be the right home for you–and that's okay!

But if you can appreciate the character and timeless beauty of a home with a unique story to tell, we'd be glad to have you.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Reset the Thermostat: Summer: 75°F COOL Winter: 58°F HEAT

Place garbage can at the end of the driveway for collection.

Please send management a text at (706) 200-2148 to confirm you have departed.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cleanliness complaints must be submitted to management in writing with photographic evidence no later than 24 hours after check-in.

Maintenance-related issues must be reported to management immediately. We do not offer refunds for maintenance issues outside of management's control.

Please do not move or rearrange any furniture. Many pieces are antique and irreplaceable. Evidence of tampering or damage will result in fines.
