We had an amazing time at this property! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was super easy. The location was close enough to Atlanta for easy access to restaurants and attractions, but tucked away enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The property was as advertised and had plenty of room for our group. This house had everything you will need and everything was in great working order. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a family house!

Just relax!

The property was conveniently located for our intended stay. Close to stores, restaurants and other sites. Well appointed so we could relax after long hours watching sports games. Enough room to spread out and veg out.

Overall the stay was great for our family of 9! Awesome space in the living room, the yard is gorgeous and we felt very at home. We did have a few inconveniences that we would like to note. Some considerations that may make future guest stays more comfortable: - Provide more paper towels and/or napkins. Hand towels for kitchen are also needed. We ran out of paper towels and had to go searching for towels (found 2) in the laundry room for dishes. - Perhaps more cookware options (the stuff provided is very limiting and people renting VRBO’s likely want to cook)- Tissues throughout the house - More coffee mugs (the VRBO allows more people than there are coffee mugs - Labels on the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in upstairs shower- General seasonings so people don’t have to buy something they probably won’t want to take back homeFixes needed: - Primary shower is plunged- Overhead light in kitchen is out- No hand soap in second bathroom upstairs - Dead bugs in bathrooms; bathroom vent downstairs could use a clean - looks like some kind of mold.

This home is so well equipped for a family stay and has everything you need to dine in. Make great meals. Top end appliances. The very large Tv in the great room makes it feel like a theater setting. The dining room can seat the whole family. The decor is well appointed. The main level bedroom might have one of the most comfortable beds ever. The others are decent and comfortable. Bar was set high with the main bedroom. Having three full baths helps speed along the getting ready and five spaces for doing hair. Teeth. Makeup :) The host is an excellent communicator and responded within the hour for everything. There was no furniture on the back patio which would have been nice to just sit outside but might be something they take down as winter comes This home is 5 minutes from grocery. Gas. Liquor stores and some great restaurants. All very closeIf you have the choice l always take this one !!
