The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave used beds unmade. Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start cycle. Bag up all trash from bathrooms, kitchen, and food from the refrigerator. Place the bags in the outside receptacles.
Please gather used towels and wash cloths from all rooms including the kitchen and place them in the laundry basket in the laundry room. Turn off all lights and small appliances (airfryer, Keurig,etc)
Please make sure the back door is closed and locked. However, do not lock the door knob lock when leaving through the front door. Use the keypad to lock up behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
