Nice place, perfect for family gathering. Excellent hot drink selection, thank you.Location was very convenient to Winnipeg venues and highways.Parking spot was a good size, fit my Pick-up no problem. On street parking was convenient for guests.

Great location, central to everything.Clean, easy to check in. Only problem we had is the salt and pepper mills had no batteries. Only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer.

The place was spotless and Karl was amazing at corresponding. We had some operator error issues with the keypad and he always answered my calls and was patient with me. This property is close to the airport, but the bedrooms are in the basement, so it was unbelievably quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and spacious. There are two units one above the other. We had the lower unit. You could hear footsteps from the upstairs unit but it wasn’t obtrusive or an issue as our bedrooms were below our living area. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the rental as we were visiting family. We had difficulty with the entry system but one call sorted it out. The door was tricky but not a problem after our initial attempt. The place is a newer build and very functional and extremely well laid out. Both entry doors are in need of weatherstripping especial before the colder month come. The location is great with loads to do in the area. The neighbourhood felt safe. I wasn’t able to establish internet from the master bedroom but everywhere else in the house seemed fine. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was very clean and had a lot of touches to make it feel like home. Parking was right outside the back door and the property location was convenient to drive nearly anywhere in Winnipeg in less than 15 min. We appreciated that it is pet friendly as we always travel with our dog. The communication from the host was exceptional. Questions were answered quickly, check-in and out instructions were clearly communicated and easy to follow. We had a great time and hope to return to Winnipeg. We would definitely book this property again!
