Family Vacation

It was a wonderful experience we loved the house. We had enough room for my family and my sisters family. The beach was so nice we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves!! The amenities of the house allowed us to enjoy the beach and not have to worry about packing so much. We loved the pool it was very clean and lots of chairs. We can’t wait to come back to port st Joe!!

Great Stay

A group of 12 of us stayed for 4 nights. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was in a great location and the beach and pool were very easy to access. Ted was very responsive whenever I messaged him with any comments or questions. I wish we had stayed longer! Thank you for everything Ted and Kim!

Everything we needed and more!

Most VRBO/Rentals lead you to believe they have "more" to offer than they really do. The kitchen was full of essentials and more. Everything was super clean. What a breeze it was to not have to bring with us chairs for the beach, a cooler, a tent, having that all provided saves space in our car and a headache of packing and remembering. Great place! We will for sure be back!

My wife and I are from Middle TN and have always loved traveling and discovering the hidden gems. Our go to for the beach has historically been 30A, but when we stumbled on to this little town, we were instantly in love with it. Tired of the crowds and rising expense, we were sold on this nook of the Forgotten Coast of Florida!

Why they chose this property

We love the WindMark neighborhood because it’s easy to get around on a golf cart and back and forth to the neighborhood Village center. This part of the neighborhood has great walking paths and several boardwalks to the beach as well as several showers to rinse off. Our home in particular is on a cul-de-sac street on the North side, which means very little traffic and a great place for kids to ride bikes and scooters. We also love the privacy of the back yard and backing up to common area rather than backing up to another home. And you can’t beat being able to walk to the pool in less than 5 minutes or having your feet in the sand in less than 10!
