With a 45 minutes drive you can reach to Seaworld, Disneyland, Palomar mountain, the desert, the airport and the downtown San Diego attractions (Midway museum, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo).

This 2-story house has 4 bedrooms, all located upstairs.
The master bedroom has a private deck, king size bed and an en-suite full bathroom whit a bathtub and double sinks.

Each of the 2 kid's rooms have their own flat screen TVs and twin size trundle beds. All these rooms have their own closet space and ceiling fans.

The office/guest room has a dedicated workspace and a queen size futon bed. The office has a ceiling fan too but no dedicated closet space.

A full bathroom in the hallway serves the kid's room and the office/guest room.

Downstairs, the living room has a convenient gas fireplace and large windows looking at the backyard and the dining table can accommodate up to 6 people.

The kitchen has an L-shaped counter with stools and enough space for up to 3 people to sit comfortably, electric stove and double electric oven.

The 65-inch flat screen TV is perfect for catching your favorite show while keeping an eye on the kids that play in the large, fully fenced backyard, where they can enjoy a wooden playground and a 12 feet wide elastic trampoline.

The covered patio has a large table for outdoor dining and a separate sitting area, while the fenced pool area offers a slide for unlimited fun, a hot tub and a gas fire pit.
