Peaceful Fun Condo near Zion

This private peaceful condo is located in Sports Village Resort. It is located on the basement floor (4 stairs down) with its own private access and has covered parking. It has a fully functional dine in kitchen stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. Large soaking tub in bathroom. Complimentary toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. This unit sleeps 4 with a very comfortable queen size bed, with a queen pull out sofabed in the living room. Extra sheets and blankets provided. You have access to a washer and dryer within the unit for your convenience. This condo has a private patio with outdoor seating as well. High speed wireless internet is provided along with Hulu Live TV service, streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment at no additional cost. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival.

You will be close to all the main attractions! This is by far the best option in St. George for overall value. Pay far less than a hotel and get so much more.
Resort amenities include:
-4 community charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse under a cabana next to pools.
-2 large pools (family one is heated), other one is for 18+ adult pool. Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend.
-2 Jacuzzi's
**Pool towels are also supplied but need to be returned to unit after use!**
NOTE: The Tennis/Pickleball Courts will be closed starting on Monday, February 24, 2025 for necessary repairs. The repairs are anticipated to take 6 weeks. We hope to have the courts up and running the week of April 7th.

This property was perfect for our extended stay after a medical procedure. The area was located close to everything we needed. The area was very well maintained and had plenty of areas for walking. The unit itself was well maintained and had all the features to make our stay enjoyable. Hosts were responsive when I had questions.

The property is a bit dated however it was clean and spacious. Far better than staying in a hotel for similar cost.

The place was clean. Everything was in working order. The layout was very efficient. Good value for the money. The decor was a little dated. Lots of roosters. Very cozy feel if you like that sort of thing. Very convenient location for hiking in all the state parks around St. George. There was a mixup when we checked in regarding the door code. That took a few phone calls to sort out just to get in the unit.

Cute place but needs improvement

There was good supplies, it was pretty clean and spacious enough. The neighborhood seemed good. We were glad there was a hot tub. There were a few problems though that need to be addressed. The couch bed is too small to be a queen and was also broken when we opened it at the head of the bed. The tub doesn't drain well and the floor wasn't very clean and has a spot that's popping up. There was also a bunch of hair found on the clean sheets. There also needs to be instructions for checkout even if the instructions are "do nothing".
