This is a unique Designer Kathkuni house, a luxury earthen living experience.

Life here is slow as you sit in the sun, soaking unhindered views of snow peaks from our sprawling lawns & hanging broad verandahs. Cozy timber floors, upscaled solid wood furniture & crude mud plastered walls leave you in awe of the simplicity, beauty & comfort of natural materials.

This is a designer Rural living experience with all modern luxuries & comforts. It makes you rethink life in concrete urban blocks.
The space
This reservation offers a luxurious lifestyle experience in a restored 100 year old, 4 storey Kathkuni House. Designed with locally sourced and up-cycled materials in soothing earthen tones of colour. It can accommodate upto 18 persons. It has hot natural river-stone bathtubs and fireplaces in rooms.
It has spectacular panoramic views from the 360 degree verandahs surrounding the house. Top rooms have large windows with unhindered views.
