Relax and enjoy the quiet beauty of Seabrook Island while vacationing at this lovely 2 bedroom Spinnaker!

Spinnakers are next door to the Island House restaurants, making it an easy walk to the beach and Club oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant, and golf. Enjoy the distant ocean view from the balcony off the master bedroom. Large picture windows in the living room and dining room offer a glimpse into the wildlife at Seabrook.

735 Spinnaker has a kitchen open to the dining room with granite countertops, new cabinets, appliances and more. Features include parquet flooring, deck with gas grill, Smart TV's, DVD player. There is counter seating as well as a dining room table to enjoy each others company.

The first floor bedroom sleeps three and has a queen size bed, plus another Twin with a trundle bed, TV and a nearby full bathroom. Upstairs the master bedroom boasts a king size bed, TV, and full bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with distant ocean views - perfect to relax after a day at the beach or gaze at the stars at night.

This property has a high efficiency washer - HE laundry detergent recommended (Low-Sud formula).

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

This is a dog friendly villa for up to (1) dog with required additional pet fee.

The beds will be made and clean towels hanging in the bathrooms for your use. We do ask you to bring your own beach towels. This is a terrific villa to enjoy Seabrook Island with your family. Don't miss it.

Great Stay on Seabrook Island

My husband and I stayed with our two girls ages 10 and 14. The property was just as described and very clean. The location can’t be beat as it is across the street to beach access. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great condo close to the beach

We had a great stay for Fourth of July week with our 2 kids and 2 dogs. The unit is so close to the beach and is well stocked. It could use some cosmetic fixes but overall was comfortable and clean.

A Perfect Beach Escape - Steps from the Sand!

This property was absolutely perfect for our beach getaway! The access to the beach, literally steps from the front door, was unbeatable. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and taking early morning walks along the shore. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Whether you're looking to lounge by the beach all day or explore nearby attractions, this spot has it all. We can’t wait to return for our next vacation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay by the ocean!

Great location and very nicely decorated

The property was a short walking distance to both the beach and the pool area which made the location very convenient. It is nicely decorated but could use some new mattresses for added comfort. The property management team was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to our calls and inquiries. We will definitely rent from them again for any future Seabrook Island vacations.

Close to the beach

This property was great for our stay! Great layout. It was very close to the beach. The barrier island makes the ocean much calmer at the closest access point which dampened my kids’ boogie board hopes. The flip side is that the calm water is great for dolphins! We saw a large pod of dolphins!

Great stay could use upgrade

Location was great. It is across from walkway to beach and short walk to clubhouse for pool. Checkin process was super easy. Furniture has been upgraded. Place could use renovation and more towels. It served its purpose as our stay was not long. Lower bathroom shower head could use some maintenance and the curtain holder upstairs was non existent on one side. Overall great stay. We will go back to the area.

The house owners get kudos. The place was clean and comfy. The kitchen was surprisingly well kitted out. And the place was 50 feet from the boardwalk to the beach! Well done!

Nice location

Overall, we were happy with the location…walking distance to beach #9 although we ended up taking the kids to the beach closer to pool and cafe…they enjoyed the bigger waves and easy access to ice cream and snacks! We did enjoy beach #9 for the gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed riding our bikes to the pool and shops. The villa felt spacious enough for 2 kids, 2 adults and a dog. This is our third time at Seabrook and just love it!!

Great condo perfect for our family of four. Huge windows, very pleasant and easy all around. 5 minute walk to beach via walk #9. Love Seabrook! I saw sea turtle hatchlings (!), dolphins, and herons, osprey, egrets, pelicans...We enjoyed bike riding on the beach - Seaside Cycles delivered bikes to the condo before we arrived and picked up after we left.

House was a little more dated than expected. Water damage on ceiling upstairs. Dishwasher smelled when ran. Broken item at sink upon arrival. Overall, clean enough and fine for a short stay.

Love being right across street from the beach

Villa was nice. Not the most updated but is great if you want to bring a pet. It was furnished with everything we needed. Location is good, close to beach and pool. The electrical plugs in the upstairs bathroom were not working had to plug my hairdryer in the bedroom. No big deal, I'm sure they will have that fixed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Good but not best for small dog

Some issues but overall worked out for us. Two considerably ripped towels in bathrooms , replaced as soon as we called. Not sure who would consider these rags usable. Railings on the stairs inside and on the deck are dangerous for a small dog, two wide so our dog (dachshund), could easily jump. Had a large rogue waterbug (roach?) In lower cabinet/ drawers. Bought roach traps. Location is perfect. Kitchen is well equipped.

Great location, wonderful property!

This was the best of our three visits to seabrook island. The property was located across the street from beach access which was especially helpful with young children. Also prime location within walking or biking distance to beach club and golf club. We would love to stay here again for future visits and the property managers were great in communication and making sure we had a good experience.
