The Space:

Soft morning light filters across views of the golf course as you step onto the balcony, the quiet of the neighborhood creating a calm start to the day. Inside, the open living spaces offer room to settle in, gather, and unwind after time exploring nearby attractions. Evenings bring the chance to sink into the theater room for a movie or enjoy unhurried time in the game room before retreating to one of the inviting bedroom suites. In Florida’s warm, steady climate, the pool becomes an easy part of your rhythm whenever you choose.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms are spread across two floors, each designed to give you space and comfort throughout your stay. On the main level, a bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom offers convenience and privacy. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms provide their own attached bathrooms, with one opening to a balcony overlooking the golf course and pool area and the other facing the street. Two more upstairs bedrooms each feature 1 twin bed and 1 full bed, sharing an attached bathroom between them.



Outdoor living

The heated pool sits just beyond the patio, creating a calm spot to pause between outings or enjoy time outdoors at your own pace. Outdoor furniture gives you room to relax or share a meal in the fresh air. With Florida’s consistently warm weather, the space is comfortable year-round, whether you prefer a morning swim or a quiet evening by the water.



Kitchen and dining

The large full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for preparing meals whenever you choose. Indoor and outdoor dining areas make it easy to gather, whether for a quick breakfast before heading to nearby attractions or a relaxed dinner at the end of the day. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience during longer stays.



Entertainment and comfort

A movie theater room and a game room with a pool table and video or arcade games offer options for time spent at home. The living area includes a flat screen TV and comfortable seating, giving everyone a place to unwind together. WiFi and a dedicated workspace provide flexibility if you need to stay connected.



Neighborhood

Reunion Resort is a gated community shaped by its golf course setting, where you can enjoy quiet walks and a welcoming residential atmosphere. Restaurants, attractions, and everyday conveniences are within easy reach just outside the resort. Major destinations, including those near Disney’s Magic Kingdom and other nearby attractions, are a short drive away. Free parking and a private entrance make coming and going simple throughout your stay.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard.

There are (2) spots in the driveway for parking.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
