190 Anchorage Unit B (right side)

This unit is the right side of a duplex with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of the bedrooms features a queen bed while the other has two twins. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a max occupancy of 6 guests. Need more space? Rent the whole complex to host up to 12 guests.

The unit has a spacious open-concept layout with plenty of windows allowing lots of Florida sunshine in! There is a living room, dining table and bar seating in the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room located in the garage, that is shared with the other unit.

The location of this property is well-loved due to being close to the Publix grocery and on a residential street. Plus, Anchorage has its own beach access point at the end of the street, so you are just steps from your door to the white sand beaches!

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic pricing plan, prices may vary from day to day.

Great Location

The apartment was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The beach was a quick block away, and Publix and Times Square were nearby. It was a great experience.

Perfect Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decided before long for this Rental and we had a perfect time! A lot of room in a nice and cozy place in quiet environment close to the beach! Definitely not the last time we stayed there! Only disadvantage is that the AC needs to be improved, cause it had problems to cool down the condo.
