Winter Travel Tip: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance if visiting during winter months to protect against weather-related delays or emergencies.
You are provided with a start up of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. This is usually enough to get you through the 1st night of your stay. You are responsible for providing any extra items you may need for the remainder of your stay.
We do not provide firewood for the firepit. You may purchase firewood at local grocery and convenience stores. There is a convenience store approximately 5 minutes from the cabin!
Ladybugs are protected in the Smokies, so pest control services are not an option. The National Park Service released millions of Asian lady beetles into the park to fight a tree-killing insect, so the Park Service won't allow spraying specifically for ladybugs. We often see them in the fall when we have cooler weather. They are attracted by the sun as they are looking for warmth.
Whether you’re here for a family gathering, friends’ retreat, or just to unwind, this cabin has everything you need for a memorable Smoky Mountain stay!

Home was well stocked with everything. Kitchen was extremely stocked with appliances and everything one would need. Homeowner took into consideration what a family may need and provided it.
Cabin was very nice! We had no water when we arrived and the host was very quick and easy to communicate with. Problem was addressed as quickly as could be and thankfully was fixed that night!

Stephanie, we can’t thank you enough for being so kind and gracious when the well pump went out unexpectedly! You were truly AMAZING guests and we look forward to hosting you on a future visit!
Very good communication including the check in process as well as answering any of our questions before and during visit. Cabin is very spacious with nice amenities!
The home was perfect to meet our needs. However, there are a few things that most definitely need some attention. The bathrooms all could use some updating. The shower curtain in the bathroom downstairs isn’t even attached to the wall, and fell down several times. The bathroom on the top level had holes in the wall from a previous towel bar and the one that is there now was falling off the wall. The bathroom downstairs was so dark you couldn’t see anything when you were in there. None of the bathrooms have exhaust fans, which is creating visible mold on the wood, which is concerning. The hot tub was nice the first night, but maybe leaving some tablets to shock it every evening would help. The second day the water was green and super stinky so we didn’t use it after that first day, which was a bit of a bummer for the kids. The beds…..ooof they were all really in bad shape. Every single bed was stiff as a board and one of the beds up in the bunk room was completely sunken in so our kids had to bunk up and not use the single bed in there. There was a stair going up to the porch that was loose and could cause a hazard if you aren’t paying attention. Overall the cabin was really pretty and met our needs. If you’re looking for luxury, this one is not it. If you’re looking for a cheaper cabin that is pretty basic then this one will do. Owner was super responsive and helpful which is always appreciated. I hate leaving a not great review but the cabin just needs a little updating.
Great place and location. Plenty of space for our large family . Located on a nice, quiet area outside, but convenient to, the main tourism are. Convenient to all we wanted to do. Lovely porch views. Modern cabin but rustic feel. Driveway is at an angle so need caution with low vehicles. This place was a win for our family vacation.
The property fit the bill for our needs but it is in need of a lot of upgrades. I stayed the king bed upstairs and the mattress is completely shot. It is so old and used with a large dent that I found myself in every morning. The towel rack on the wall was falling off the wall and you can see it has been patched but never properly fixed. They didn't have enough towels for everyone available in the home but did bring them for us when we asked. We had one hand towel for the kitchen and that did not go very far with all of us cooking and cleaning. They only offered very cheap, thin, single roll of tp per bathroom before we had to buy our own. Same goes for trash bags and dishwasher detergent. With how much we're spending it was just sad that we had to worry about such things. But again, we had a good time and made things work!
Inside the cabin was very nice, well stocked kitchen. Fireplace would not turn on.Outside steps to the cabin are a major hazard. Chipped stones to walk on. Little lighting along the hazardous steps. Porch was dirty. Weeds growing in all the shrubs which almost reached the porch. Most of the lights along path were not in the ground. We would not stay here again due to the fact the steps going into the cabin were unsafe. Bottom step board was very loose. Outside area was nice.
The cabin was beautiful and very clean. I can not give it 5 stars because the air conditioning did not work at it was Extremely hot inside the whole time we were there. Management did send someone out the 2nd day of our trip to repair it however it couldn't be repaird so we had to buy a fan to keep cool. They did offer us an extra 2 days for free but we could not use that, as we couldn't extend our trip. But they were very easy to communicate with.

We visit Gatlinburg every year & have for 25 years. I can honestly say this is our least favorite cabin. It’s just not been kept up with. The front door needs painted and the wrap around deck needs power washed. The firepit area was nice but needs rust painted on the grate. The hot tub wasn’t very clean. We read the signage that said sometimes they use well water in the area but it needs to be filtered somehow because there is so much floating in it. I’m not sure that it’s been drained in quite a while. There is basketball and cornhole which the kids were excited to use. However, both basketballs are deflated, and they are missing cornhole beanbags. There are lightbulbs out in multiple places. We struggled to keep the cabin at a comfortable temperature. It was cold in the basement, cool on the first floor, and very hot upstairs. We tried putting the space-heaters in the basement, but if both were plugged in, the breaker would flip. We tried the fireplace and 1 heater, but that didn’t work either. They advertise that 20 people can sleep there, but there weren’t enough pillows or towels for 11 of us. The pillows they do have are very thin and the towels are stained. I opened the dresser in the master bedroom to find pillows and a comforter but also found a mouse nest with lots of mouse droppings. We found droppings in the drawer beside the stove and dead ladybugs everywhere. The pool table is in terrible shape. The blinds are missing pieces. Just not cleaned or kept up well.
This is a fantatic rental! There is a lot of room to give everyone their space while still feeling cozy! Great furnishings and fun decor. The landscaping is so pretty you will love the fresh air and the scent from the pine trees. All the homes/rentals in the area are beautiful. The ability to bringing our two small dogs was a plus! The gated wrap around porch was perfect for entertaining and keeping our pets safe. The kitchen was well stocked with nice clean pots and pans to cook pretty much anything. There are plenty of bowls, plates and glassware. I would suggest that the host provide more eating utensils. Plenty of options to help entertain most everyone. The driveway can be challenging you need to angle your vehicle just right or you will scrape the bumpers, exhaust etc. The driveway along with the steep stairway leading to the front porch would be the only reason(s) to not give this rental a full 5 stars. I would suggest that the host replace the broken solar lights for safety along with the lighting around the firepit. The location is a great and about 15/20 minutes from Pigeon Forge.
