NEW TO VRBO! Managed by SUPERHOST. Our 4 Bedroom, 2.5 bath home is newly renovated and dog friendly with a fully fenced in back yard. We are in the sought after Forest Valley neighborhood off of Bryan Blvd. We are a short drive to Cone Health as well as UNCG and the PTI airport. We have all new beds and linens. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood and is perfect for families. We are close to many different restaurants including Village Tavern and LongHorn Steakhouse. We are also close to Sprouts on Battleground.
Our home is all one level with plenty of space to make yourself right at home.
Walk into the front door and you are in the spacious formal living room.
You can go to the right and walk through our formal dining room into our full kitchen. From the kitchen, you can access the 2nd living room as well as the laundry room, back patio and half bath.
From the 2nd living room, you have access to the hallway that leads to all 4 bedrooms.
Guests will have access to entire home. We have a coded door lock that you will get a unique code to access.
Forest Valley is easily one of the most sought after and desirable neighborhoods in all of Greensboro. Tall trees and walkable streets. This neighborhood stands out as an amazingly beautiful home that is extremely safe and quiet.
*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.
