Prime Poipu Location Home - Air Conditioning, Well-Stocked Kitchen, near Hyatt

Our spacious garden view 4 bedroom 3 bath Poipu Garden Villa with its private tropical landscaped yard, is one of the exclusive Lanai Villa private homes of Poipu Kai. Our Villa guests have access to the Poipu Kai Swim and Tennis Club and you will find the key fob and the location map on the entry table.

You are welcome to reserve for up to 10 adults and children.

NEW: Split air conditioning system in the living area, all four bedrooms and loft.

WIFI is provided through through Spectrum. You will find network and password information on credenza by the television.

Our private Poipu Garden Villa is meticulously cleaned, and is located on a quiet lane in the Lawai Villas neighborhood, a four-minute walk east to breathtaking Shipwrecks Beach, its renowned body-boarding spots and oceanfront hiking trail to Mahaulepu Beach, and the Grand Hyatt Kauai and its fabulous restaurants, Anara Spa, and the Poipu Bay Golf Course.

You are sure to enjoy the eight-minute stroll west through lush gardens along the Poipu Kai well-lit manicured walkway to Brenneckes Beach (body boarding) and Poipu Beach (swimming, snorkeling).

Our 3,800 sq ft home features an open living, dining and kitchen design with a split air conditioning system, a well-stocked custom kitchen, and a lovely master suite complete with a king bed, fine linens, AC, custom bathroom, tv and private lanai.

Its second bedroom suite also features a king bed, fine linens, AC and a custom bathroom with walk in shower.

Bedroom 3 features a queen bed and AC, Bedroom 4 - two twins. and AC. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are adjacent to the third full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

You will find the beach towels on top of the counter in the home's laundry area. New washer and dryer. Laundry soap provided.

The Villa's loft features a fifth sleeping area with two twin beds and a set of bunk beds, split air system, and a foose ball table.

Our Poipu Garden Villa is complete with tasteful furnishings, Hawaiiana artwork, and a terrific custom kitchen with two dishwashers and two sink areas - one for prep, one for clean up.
The private outdoor entertainment area includes a dining area and a gas grill.

Our private Poipu Garden Villa is located in exclusive Lanai Villas at Poipu Kai and includes access to the nearby Poipu Kai Resort gated swimming pool, hot tub and tennis court privileges.

This was our second stay at this house-we stayed here last July as well. We were a family of six with two grandparents as well, and we loved the location in Poipu. The house is beautiful and well decorated and well equipped for a perfect vacation!

AMAZING STAY! I highly recommend this property. Very spacious and clean house with fully stocked, large kitchen and two large living rooms. Sleeps 8 very comfortably, and you could add 4 more people if you take advantage of the loft. Great backyard with lathe dining table. Super easy access to the trails through the neighborhoods that afford beautiful walks to beaches. Pouipu Beach is an easy walk and there’s tons of turtles to see! Easy 25 min drive to the airport. And centrally located to drive 90 min up to the napali coast or about 35 minutes to Waimea Canyon. House staff was very prompt in responding to inquiries!

My parents, siblings and our spouses loved our stay here. The backyard was beautiful and we were so sad to leave it. The home had everything we needed. Short walk to several beaches. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful family Vacation for a 50th anniversary!

The house was beautiful! Everything was so clean, well stocked. It was so nice to have beach/pool towels and chairs. They even had great toiletries. Would come back in a heart beat. And Location was incredible for beach access and food.

36th Anniversary trip

The house was absolutely perfect for our 36th anniversary trip with all our grown kids and their spouses! We could walk to watch the sunrise at one beach and watch the sunset and turtles at another! The home was very comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out with 8 of us! We had an amazing time!

Great house and location. Not a single issue. House is well stocked and is beautifully decorated and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again. Also there is a notebook with references for restaurants and activities that is very thorough.

Fabulous house!!

It was a beautiful place here in paradise. The decor was Hawaiian and lovely. It accommodated our family of eight perfectly and was stocked very well. Loved everything about it. The gourmet kitchen was a real plus!! Highly recommend.

Early Christmas

We met with our Son and family and Daughter and Family for 10 days of an early Christmas. Had a great time and generated lots of lifetime memories. Our accommodation really worked well allowing us to be together. Location was great , and facility worked well for us.

Beautiful place for a family reunion

Well, my family likes me again. All because I found this wonderful place. It's close to the beach and has 2 of everything you will need on vacation. It was so spacious, I also convinced my wife to move out of the tiny expensive cardboard apartment where we bump into each other all day.

Great management, very roomy house for 4 adults and 2 kids. Has everything you need plus. Only complaint is the beds are very soft and jiggly. One suggestion for a future upgrade would be to put some sort of shade over the outside table so folks can enjoy the lovely backyard during the daytime.

Incredible home!

This is a fabulous rental property! It is stocked with absolutely everything you could ever imagine wanting, has many options for dining (dining room, outside seating with table, bar seating, breakfast nook) and family space galore! There is also extra sleeping space in the loft...easily sleeps 12. I'm a neat freak and the cleanliness was exceptional. Close to everything and the perfect location for a Kauai vacation. Highly recommend!!

Great house and great location. Perfect for our multigenerational family. Kitchen very well stocked. Air conditioning in main room worked great. Bedroom AC barely able to keep up but was ok. Large house in quiet neighbourhood

This is a very large home suitable for more than one family or multi generational family. Our family of 6 (4 children) had lots of room and a bedroom for each child. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, about a 15 min walk along a green belt path to the major South Island beaches or 5 min drive by car. There is some limited groceries in Poipu but better food options in Lihue about 12 miles away. Overall it is a nice spot and close to major attractions. Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions. It was a great experience overall.
