This was a great place for me to stay when my hot water tank died and was going to take a few days to replace. I had a nice hot shower, a comfortable bed and a comfortable area to watch TV. If I needed someplace close to both home and work in the future, I would stay here again (think old furnace/A/C unit on its last leg). Brian was great and got back to me very quickly.

The inside of the house looked very clean. The house was kept at a good cool temperature when we arrived. The room upstairs was warmer than the rest of the house, but a mobile air conditioner was provided. The neighbor hood was a bit sketchy, but we had no real issues with it.

Check in was easy-code on door. Neighborhood in VERY sketchy area. Several people screaming and yelling during day/night out of their mind. Kitchen facilities-no kitchen table/chairs, one plate, 1 fork, 1 small single frying pan-otherwise no baking/cooking pans. Oven was gross, washer had tons of mold in the sealer ring-never cleaned. Only 2 shower towels and no towels/wash rags to do dishes (no dishwasher). Upstairs was very, very hot (portable air conditioner but didn't help) but air conditioning down stairs was great. House was clean. Reached out to host and he didn't seem to care. Never brought over anything. This house said it was for 4 people. We like to cook our meals and so forth. Couldn't do that. Lack of all things:( Super disappointing!
