The host was super communicative and really made my partners and I’s stay anything short of memorable! My home was clean and comfortable and made for a cozy place to stay, would highly recommend!
They stay was definitely comfortable I would pick it again only thing I could say was it could have been cleaner in the bathroom ! But I recommend nice neighborhood and many things to do around the area !
Lance made it simple. Great location, clean, comfy, and roomy. The terrace was a bonus! Definitely interested in staying again for the next trip to Carolina! Absolutely perfect. Thank you for the southern charm!
The apartment is close to shopping. You are indeed in an apartment, but yet the apartment is private. I love the vintage feel of everything in it. I would stay here, if I visited again!
The terrace is a clean, quiet place thats a short distance to many restaurants, bars, shops. Plenty of parking. Lance is available for whatever you might need.
We stayed there for the Coca Cola 600 and spent the weekend in Charlotte - myself, my 2 kids & the poodle. Great little neighborhood to walk dogs! The apartment was very clean, the owner was very responsive & it felt very comfortable. Location was great as we spent one day at Carowinds & one day at the raceway -- both are in opposite directions. Can't say enough! Thank you!!
Value for money knocked down to 2 because the host stopped responding to messages -- both during the stay, and afterward to report anything. Zero indication the host is still paying attention. Arrival: I had to ask in msg. to get specific instructions. "Middle.door"- OK.**Safety issue** stairwell light was out - easily fixed. Reported immediately. Not even acknowledged, my messages apparently unread. That is the biggest one. Several messages now and not even an acknowledgement of the issue. Meanwhile only messages that arrive are automated emails. (For example checkout instructions mentioning to report anything that broke, which I did (a wine glass), but no response.to date.) Other issues as yet even unacknowledged: Huge cockroach in the kitchen!A bedside lamp that one must get out of bed to turn off because its switch doesn't not work so it's plug and unplug only. More of an inconvenience than anything, but the communication dropping off made the experience worse, as did things like the bedroom TV remote randomly trying to access Paramount Plus instead of the item actually selected. However, there's a lot to like about the apartment (full kitchen & laundry setup, small patio, fairly clean overall and good towels) ... and the price was fairly reasonable and the location cool for walking to Plaza Midwood and getting to other areas of town. Then again, the glowing and not very detailed reviews on VRBO belie my and my wife's experience somewhat. The radio silence is shameful.
