Before You Book: Units 225 and 227 are part of a shared-wall layout, common in many cozy multi-unit properties. While this typically isn’t a concern, sound can occasionally travel—so a little extra mindfulness goes a long way in ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
This home is secured with clean, eco-friendly solar energy and an extra battery reserve, giving you uninterrupted comfort no matter what. While the rest of the neighborhood goes dark, your stay stays bright—reliable power, seamless Wi-Fi, climate control, and all the essentials running without a hitch.
1. Newly remodeled unit with brand-new furnishings, offering a fresh and comfortable stay close to top SoCal attractions
2. Dedicated workspace in the second bedroom, providing a quiet and productive area with a street view
3. Living room with a 100" Hisense U8K Smart 4K TV, queen-size hide-a-bed sofa, and extra bedding for added flexibility
4. Sleeps up to 5 guests, ideal for families, business travelers, or remote workers
5. Primary bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and closet for comfortable, organized stays
6. Second bedroom with a queen bed and built-in desk, perfect for rest and focused work
7. Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and cookware for easy home-style meals
8. Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, coffee, creamer, and sugar to start your mornings with ease
9. Dining table seating for 4, suitable for meals or working together
10. CuZn UC-200 under-sink water filtration system providing clean drinking water (cold water only)
11. Mini-split heating and cooling throughout the home to maintain comfort in every room

21. The house has 3.2KW Solar + 6KWh Battery Backup. Good to handle any power outages for a few hours depending on usage until the next day when Solar kicks in.
NOTE: This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3/day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional.
