The condominium complex is gated and located directly across the street from the beach in Port Hueneme. Beautiful sunsets, hearing the sound of the waves crashing on the shore at night, walking on the beach and beach pathway during the day, nearby park with pickleball, tennis & basketball courts; softball field and a playground; many restaurants and entertainment venues within a 10-30 minute drive and within an hour drive from Santa Barbara, Montecito, Ventura and Malibu.
