This property was perfect for our trip to the Auto Show! The house is very well kept and comfortable. Our host was just the right amount of attentive. The town of Ferndale is very close and everything we needed was nearby. Book this property!

We had a fantastic time staying at this home over the 2025 holidays. Michael was very attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed. The home itself was clean and well kept. Finally the neighborhood was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend as a nice cozy home to stay.

This space was impeccably clean in a gorgeous little neighborhood that I felt completely safe and alone. Michael was beyond accommodating and check in and out was easy. I couldn't recommend this place more. I definitely would stay here again!!It was simply a lovely space to spend a few days in.

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's place. The house was spotless, and the thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The site mentions “Cinema Reclining Couches” but it is cooler in person. There was not much to discuss with Mike because the check-in was smooth and stress-free. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The house is conveniently located near the Ferndale project coffee and brewhouse which is great for a morning coffee or later drink. The bed was super cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook meals. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and Keurig coffee cups waiting for me. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and well-managed place to stay. We stay in Ferndale often, this was one of the best places we have stayed, if not the best. Thank you for making my trip so memorable! A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended!
