✦ From October through March, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle or carrying tire chains due to potential snow and icy conditions.
✦Bears live in the area and are attracted to food smells—please remove all food from your vehicle and keep doors securely closed at all times.
✦ Leaving doors or windows open may allow smaller critters such as mice, lizards, and insects to enter the home. Please keep them closed whenever possible.
✦ We stock firewood periodically. We suggest bringing some (just in case!) if you are going to have a fire. If there's any there, you are welcome to use it.
✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge
