Our Cottonwood Suite is located on the edge of popular Pine Meadows in the midst of walking and biking trails.

Upon making a reservation for any future stay, you will receive a Cottonwood Suite Reservation Guide. The packet fully details all arrival info and helpful info of all aspects of the Cottonwood Suite. Make sure to print it or keep on your phone and bring it with you for a hassle free arrival, stay and exit. Our job is to be ready for your arrival and make things simple and understandable. The location was perfect for us. Easy stroll to shops and restaurants. The place was quiet, cozy, and comfortable, just as described. The air conditioning worked well, which was important since it was an especially hot weekend. The property manager was exceptional and went above-and-beyond to ensure our stay was a success.We would definitely stay with them again.

A had a fantastic stay in the Cottonwood Suite. I really appreciated the opportunity to take my senior dog with me. The location of this unit is perfect for walking to great food and shops. There is a lovely neighborhood close by that was perfect for dog walks. I would definitely return.

Cottonwood Suite was the perfect place and location to rest and relax. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops but still had views of the mountains. It was very clean and everything was as described. Definitely stay here again.

The owners of this property have recently added this third vacation home to their selection of vacation rentals in Sisters, one block from downtown Sisters. Their experience in Sisters also includes building professional offices and apartments and warehouse space for clients, teaching in the Redmond school system, building a home at Black Butte Ranch and a desire to provide good high end service to those choosing to use their services. They currently live in the golf course community of Charbonneau in Wilsonville, OR and make numerous trips to Sisters to enjoy the same scenery and mountain air that brings so many to the area. Their choice in a concierge, Jill Stanford, is their eyes and ears when it comes to providing hands-on quality service to all guests in all three vacation rentals. Many like to peruse her published books while having morning coffee and taking in the majestic Sisters mountain range on their patio.

Why they chose this property

The property that houses this Cottonwood Suite and two others were built by the owners. They have taken the single level portion of this property and transformed it into the one bedroom delight so many have enjoyed over the past 10 years. It was added as a result of travelers wanting to be close to downtown but also be immersed in walking and bicycle trails centered around Pine Meadow Village community, just one block south.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefit of this location is its location close in but at the same time it enjoys little traffic since its located a street south of busy Cascade Blvd, Sisters main street. As a result, travelers can sleep well without a "peep" from cars and pedestrians.
