NEWLY RENOVATED! Keep it simple at this centrally-located beachside condo. Enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer without getting in your car. No need to cross the street to get to the beach as the beach is a few steps from our parking lot. Look no further for the perfect condo at a reasonable price! Brand new King Bed in main bedroom and two Queens in the loft!

Ocean Reef 116 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, second floor walkup unit that will sleep 8. The primary bedroom has a King bed, and the upstairs loft area has 2 Queen beds. A sofa sleeper is in the living room. Great Beach location for a family that likes to walk to everything. This unit has been recently updated with all new appliances. New flooring and fresh paint!

There is an on-site laundry room, covered parking and on-site security. This is a non-smoking unit. This property allows up to two vehicles per reservation. No trailers.
Guest access
There are 2 parking spots available to you. The condo asks no trailers to be parked in the parking stalls. It is $40 per stall per stay paid directly to the complex.
Other things to note
No Elevator so you must be able to climb TWO flights of stairs to the unit.

Room was as expected. Spiral stair case made us a little nervous. Little disappointed we couldn’t see the ocean from our room. Distance from the ocean and all the shops was walking distance.

We loved this condo! Perfect for our family of 4! One slight negative was only one shower/bath tub but that’s definitely not a deal breaker!! Our girls were obsessed with the spiral staircase! Very clean! Easy to get to the beach!! Patti was so sweet and easy to work with and always responded quickly!! Will definitely book again in the future!

Perfect location and size for my family!

This location was perfect. My kids and dog all had enough space to relax. I also really liked that I didn’t have to worry about my kids going to and from the beach because there were no roads to cross and the condo is small enough for them to easily navigate their way to and from everything. This location also was right near side walks making it easy to run in the mornings and walk around at night.

Beautiful place and location!

My husband, our adult special needs son, and I stayed for 10 days! The unit was beautiful and very clean. Patti was available and quick to answer our questions. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street (perfect for our special needs son to watch the cars and people)! We were on the second floor so we did a lot of steps! We were very happy with our unit, location and working with Patti and her staff!

As we spoke before you booked that the owner hopes to start some renovations soon. That is why we discounted it so much for you and anyone wanting a great bargain. This is the first bad review we have had because most people understand that they are getting close to a 60% discount. It’s a really great location and extremely clean. Anything that may have gotten torn during your stay was repaired.
