This property was the perfect location when visiting Princeton campus. Host was super helpful and made it easy to get in and out. Parking is in a parking garage a block behind the property. Just nice to know. Wasn’t difficult to find a spot.

We were in the east coast touring five colleges this was the absolutely perfect home base. Everything we needed. Comphy beds, bright sunny bedroom, and the back porch was sweet and urban we had a blast. ADDED BONUS we were within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you!

Enjoyed 6 days with my family at this apartment. The location is perfect as it is right across the street from Princeton. The apartment is pretty spacious. The main bedroom has a lot of natural light which is nice. The second bedroom is smaller but it works. The kitchen is stocked. What’s interesting is each room is on a different level. Just inside the door when accessing this apartment are some really steep stairs. If you have mobility issues this would be a problem. Each room of the apartment is on a different level. Most have either 2 steps up or down. It is an urban apartment so you will hear the sounds of the street below you. If you are sensitive to light or sound you may want to bring ear plugs and a sleep mask at night. It’s not too loud but you will definitely hear things. The bedrooms don’t have dark blinds/shades so the morning light will definitely come in. I didn’t mind it but something to be aware of. This apartment could be more amazing with a little updating. There is one bathroom that could use a little TLC. I’m only 5 ft 5 and I had to bend my knees a bit in the shower to avoid hitting my head on the shower head. The kitchen could also use a bit of updating. Overall though it’s a great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again. There are so many local restaurants nearby. Super convenient. It is nice that parking is included. It’s about a block away which isn’t bad at all. It’s the Spring Street deck.

Great place

This was our 4th trip to visit our son at Princeton. We have stayed at Nassau Inn and another VRBO. This was by far the most convenient location and the price was comparable if not better. The size of the place was great for our needs. My son appreciated not having to go too far to come over for visits. There was a little sidewalk noise at night in the front bedroom, but it was limited and not an issue for us at all and this was on the first, busy weekend of school. While we didn't really need to communicate to Natalia, she was great with providing check in information and made sure to check in on us during our stay. Enjoy!

My wife and I stayed here for 12 days to spend the holidays with our daughters and other family. We’d lived in Princeton for 2 years prior to moving to Nashville and so we were familiar with the area. In fact, that was the primary reason for staying there.The location of this apartment is really the best attraction. You are right there in the heart of the town, near restaurants, the University, basically walking distance to everything (except perhaps one of the supermarkets). The apartment itself is really spacious. The bedroom is very large, the second bedroom, although small, is more than adequate (though we didn’t need it this time around), and the kitchen, dining room, living room and sun room are great for the stay. Parking in Princeton can be challenging and so having the parking pass for the Parking Garage on Spring Street is such a huge plus. Natalia and her husband Alexander were really great hosts, and I felt like the interaction between us was really helpful, timely and professional. Yes there are stairs to get into the apartment but I didn’t really feel that they were ever an obstacle. We live in a home with stairs and the stairs in this Vrbo were reasonable, with a light switch when needed. All in all, this is a great place to stay and you won’t find a better location if you’d like to be in the heart of town. We would definitely come back.

Great location but needs upkeep

This rental is in a great location if you want to be in the center of town and near the university. The owner is prompt with communication and service. However, there are drawbacks. There is a long flight of stairs that makes it difficult to lug suitcases or groceries so beware if you are elderly or incapacitated in some way. The parking spaces is also a couple of blocks away so you have to walk to the garage. Since it is on the main street there are bright lights shining into the master and also quite a lot of street noise. The apartment is spacious (except the second bedroom is very small, for a single only) but could use some attention and upkeep. The photos on the site make it look more modern than it really is. The appliances are in working order but old. There is no garbage disposal and there were plumbing issues in the bathtub due to the common plumbing system shared with the downstairs businesses. The balcony is on poor condition with dead plants and broken flooring. It seemed no one was picking up around the building entrance and consequently there was a lot of mail, packages, and papers on the stairwell the entire stay. However, the bathroom is in good shape, the air conditioner works well, and the kitchen well stocked with plates, cutlery, etc. There are also restaurants and shops very close to the apartment and the university is across the street. If you are looking for a central location and don’t mind a bit of a worn, slightly shabby feeling and old plumbing then this place might work for you. Also, beware that you will be paying a premium for the location so if you don’t mind being out of the town center you might get a better deal at a different place.

Great location

My wife and I stayed here with our daughter for a week in the summer. The location can't be beat; right on the main street and seconds to all the shops and restaurants in Princeton. Parking was at a nearby parking garage just around the block which, although not quite as convenient as being right outside, never felt like a problem. The apartment itself was clean, well-kept and nicely decorated. There was lots of space for the three of us. The ceilings were a little low and the main dining room, kitchen and living room felt a wee bit claustrophobic but the master bedroom was large and open and there was a nice sun room to read the morning paper in at the back. The property manager was friendly and quick to respond.

Location, location, location

As close as you can get to downtown Princeton, across the street from the university´s main gate. During our 15 day stay, ever day and every night we had wonderful walks around campus and along the charming downtown streets, trying a different outdoor dining venue each night. Downtown location came with a bit of street noise right outside the bedroom window that woke us up late at night and before dawn, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to the major convenience of having access to virtually everything by foot. Complimentary parking was also provided.

What a perfectLy well-designed place to stay in the heart of Princeton!

This condo features a spacious master with a large closet along with a great sized bathroom! The living room and dining room offer comfortable seating for conversation and the bright sunroom( with a double sleeper)was my favorite spot for morning coffee with its vast windows! A well equipped kitchen offers alternatives to eating out although the incredible restaurants are within walking distance. An additional bedroom allows sleeping accommodations for two additional people. The rocking chairs on the rooftop outside offer a spectacular view of sunsets. Most important, our host was easy to communicate with and providing everything we needed.

Natalia is the most incredible property hostess. She is thorough in her communication, and incredibly generous! Shortly after our arrival she came by with wine and snacks for our stay! Tasteful and central Princeton apartment

Natalia and Alex were the perfect hosts and were responsive to all our needs. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you need for your stay. The beds are all very comfortable and the heating, cooling, and appliances are brand new. Why they chose this property

This home is less than a minute from the bus to New York and is less than 15 minutes away from the dinky, which takes you to the Princeton Junction train station. It is also in the center of Princeton's historic Nassau Street, giving you immediate access to the many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and museums the town has to offer.
