Great for a short stay. He’s clearly updating the place slowly but surely. Host is very quick to reply to all my questions while I stayed. Only issue I had was the garbage disposal didn’t work.
Very convenient location close to amenities and entertainment. Perfect place to stay for families attending military graduations. Wonderful host and very clean place to stay.
We enjoyed our stayed. House was clean and had a good set of pots/pans and knives in the kitchen which was great as we cooked meals daily. Host was responsive when we had questions.
We went down for our sons turning green ceremony we was there for a few days and enjoyed the stay, home was very clean and Host was extremely helpful and accommodating.

We were honored to have you and please thank your son again for his service
Wow, words can’t describe how inaccurate the post that was listed by host! The home was NOT ready for guests! The house had many damages in the interior of house ! To include the A/C was NOT functional, house was hot and muggy! The bed linens were extremely dirty with urine stains and towels were filthy! The worst of everything, this house has extra guests!!!! ROACHES!!!!!! Just horrible! All of these was brought to the attention of the host, the explanation: it’s an older house!!Renter Be Ware!!!!!! The area is extremely questionable and there is a pitbull off leash that is just running around in the yard of this house! Definitely not a place for children, the backyard is falling apart with trash and the front of house on the side has trashed furniture and old torn mattress bed frame on the porch!!! Terrible!!!!! Military families, do your self a favor and stay at a hotel, it’s upsetting to be taken advantage of , only because you are unfamiliar with the area and the home host is deceitful!!!!!
Our stay was fine. Location was good for getting around. We enjoyed the museums very much especially since husband and brother love history, Georgia was beautiful.

This was suppose to be a stress free weekend to go to my son’s military graduation and spend a few days grilling and relaxing with him. I was disappointed with this property to say the least. There were two holes in the deck rendering it unsafe to use and the grill was so rusted it out that it was unusable. The outside of the property was in shambles. Broken fence sections were also rotted out. Debris (junk) in the back left corner (crockpot, broken misc junk). Also same sort of stuff on the side of home near the ramp. Old toilet in the yard. Inside.. unusable shower in back bath incomplete handle on cold water side so mom almost burned herself on the water. Toilet seat broken, couldn’t sit on it without almost sliding off of it. The kitchen sink faucet was also broken leaving no hot water to wash dishes. Dad did what he could to finagle it to get warm water. The dishwasher was gross, still had silverware from previous renter. The outlet in the kitchen where the camera is plugged into kept popping the GFCI switch. There was mouse poo or roaches poo in the kitchen cabinets. The oven was dirty. We did not eat there because of this. We were going to leave and go someplace else but there weren’t any places available due to the army graduations. I notified the owner on the first night, he told me he would contact his maintenance people and that was all, nothing more said. But the beds were comfy and furniture and tv were decent. My pics and his were very different!
Cherming old house in a very quiet neighborhood. We were very pleased with the roominess and comfort of this house. Simple access to get in and wifi worked great! Kids slept in the living room because that is the only TV but it worked out cause the couch was very comfortable. We used the queen bed and it was like sleeping on a cloud. The sheets and comforter amd pillows were way better than a hotels! House was very clean and neighborhood may seem questionable but it was very vrry calm and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
I struggled with this one quite a bit. It was a number of discusions over our time there that finalized many of the scores we presented. It was the actual scores that created some of our more contentious debates. We all loved the place. So I will offer up an example.* - the location of the lockbox holding the key. Here is how it is described. The key is in a lockbox behind the stairs. This is "in my mind" not the accuarate location. The box is located under the rail at the top of the porch. I was thrown off by the first location that my wife and I went up and down the stairs several times. Both of us carefully checked some loose fascia on the side of the stairs looking for the door "behind" to reveal itself. Now I am sure we looked funny making multiple trips up and down. We were not amused. Coupled with some rather squealy spots in the floor we couldn't score it lower but we struggled on how to describe.
House is nicely decorated and feels homey. Close to Fort Benning. Our son graduated from there. Owner is very friendly and communicative. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay here. It is clean and cozy. The bathroom door did stick on the carpet, which made the hinges come out of the wall. There were also only 2 towels for 4 guests but since my brother lived close by we were able to get towels from him so it wasn’t a big issue. Communication was easy and appreciated!
