Wells Beach is a favored destination for sunbathers and families, the gentle waves perfect for swimming and sandcastle building. Head into town to stroll through picturesque streets of the “Friendliest Town in Maine” and discover the quaint shops, seafood shacks, and historic landmarks that line the bustline streets offering a glimpse into the town’s maritime heritage. • Lot parking available for 4 vehicles.

• Pet friendly! An additional pet fee of $115 per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet. The removal of pet waste from the yard will be required.

• This home is equipped with exterior security cameras, which are monitoring the garage, side door, and rear of the house.
