Our Property
Our private beachfront villa features two separate pavilion suites, each with a super-king bed, full ensuite, and outdoor bath — ideal for a private adult retreat. The main house includes a king and queen bedroom with a shared Jack and Jill ensuite, plus a twin bedroom with a connecting bathroom.

Inside, enjoy a spacious living room and large dining area with ocean views. The kitchen is for villa staff use, though guests have access to basic amenities such as a microwave, toaster, kettle, mini fridge/freezer, and water dispenser.

The indoor space flows seamlessly to the outdoor terrace with an expansive dining table overlooking the North Bali Sea. In the gardens, you’ll find table tennis, gym equipment, badminton, and a traditional bale hut for seaside lounging. The pool deck offers six daybeds — perfect for relaxing or enjoying a poolside massage.

Our 14m infinity pool is the ultimate place to cool off, unwind, or enjoy a floating breakfast and fresh smoothie prepared by our friendly local staff.


Guest Access
The Villas North Bali is a private retreat exclusively for you and your guests — no other guests will be staying during your visit.

Located on a quiet street surrounded by farmland and neighbouring villas, the property sits directly on the public beach, where you may see locals or other visitors walking or swimming. For your peace of mind, private night security is provided each evening.

We are just a 10-minute drive from Central Lovina, and our friendly drivers are available for local trips at a small additional cost.


Interaction with Guests
Our online Australian team will manage your accommodation booking, itinerary, and any online payments for Upgrades.

Our villa staff are available most days (except during local ceremonies or public holidays) to assist with everything you need, ensuring a relaxed stay.

Neighbourhood
The Villas North Bali sits right on the beachfront in the peaceful village of Temukus, just 5 km west of central Lovina. Nestled down a quiet residential street with neighbouring tourist villas, it overlooks lush rice terraces and farmland at the back.

Guests can walk along the beach or swim in the calm ocean, which is cleaned daily by the local community. A small convenience shop is located on the street, and our drivers can assist with transport to nearby supermarkets or Lovina town for larger shopping trips.


Getting Around
The Villas North Bali is located 94 km from Ngurah Rai International Airport in South Bali — approximately a 3-hour scenic drive through the island. We recommend booking your private transfer with us, as our trusted drivers know the route well.

If your pickup is scheduled before 12 PM, we can create a custom sightseeing itinerary with stops at popular attractions along the way.

Once you arrive, our villa staff can arrange local transport for short trips to restaurants or shops for a small fee, which will be added to your Upgrades invoice, payable on departure.

We also offer a range of curated Day Trips, all including private transport. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll share a link with full details and pricing.


Safety
The pool and fish ponds are unfenced. Please supervise children at all times in these areas.
