Cute 3 Bedroom Home centrally located in the Triad.

Comfortable updated home centrally located to everything in the Triad. Easy access to highways and 5 minutes from PTI Airport. Enjoy our quiet neighborhood. Includes free Wifi, a coffee bar, full kitchen, washer & dryer. 3BR, 2.5 baths. Sleeps 5.

20 minutes to Furniture Market, High Point University & NC A&T.
15 minutes to UNCG & Guilford College.
25 minutes to Wake Forrest.

No loud music. We are in a quiet neighborhood & need to respect our neighbors
Quiet hours from 8pm to 8am
We have 2 designated parking spots. If you have additional cars, they must be parked in unmarked spots or street parking.

*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.

To protect our special home from disrespectful guests that might treat our home poorly, we only permit experienced guests that have 5-star review history from past hosts.

Please don`t put our thermostat below 68 degrees or above 74 degrees. And if you change one thermostat to heat/cool, please make sure you also change the other thermostat.
Two parking spots for the unit. The parking spots are marked with the house number on the ground and are located right in front of the unit. Only park in those spots or visitor parking. Do not park in other homes parking spots!

Breaking any of these important rules could result in a $500 fee.

Went to pick our daughter up from college (NCAT). About a 20 minute drive. Pleasant neighborhood and looked better than online pictures. Didn’t have any washcloths but called management and they promptly brought some to the property (within 10 minutes). Would definitely recommend.
